4-5 kokrra patate
2-3 thelpinj hudhre
rozmarinë PODRAVKA
kripë dhe piper i zi
vegeta Podravka
bizele të ngrira
karrota
brokoli
kokrra misri (të konzervuara).

Pergatitja:

Peshqit pastrohen dhe marinohen në përzierjen me vaj ulliri, me hudhër, rozmarinë, piper të zi, kripë e pak vegetë.

I lëmë ashtu për afro një orë duke i rrotulluar herë pas here.

Njëkohësisht, patatet i ziejmë në ujë me kripë. Më pas qërohen e priten në rrathë të trashë. I shtrojmë në tavë e sipër tyre hedhim bizele, karrota, misër e brokoli.

Sipër patateve hedhim peshkun e marinuar dhe yndyrën ku ka qëndruar ai.

Tavën e mbuojmë me folje alumini dhe e fusim për 20 minuta në furrën e parangrohur në 220 gradë.

Pastaj i pjekim edhe 5-6 minuta të tjerë pa folje.
